Lindsey (she/her) has spent the last decade of her career supporting youth development and arts/culture nonprofits in the Bay, using her love of organization and efficiency to re-think organizational systems, streamline operations, and bring care and values to HR.
Prior to joining Cultural Power, she served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Youth Speaks, as well as the Head of Safety and Accessibility for the Brave New Voices Festival - the largest international youth poetry slam festival in the world.
In addition to her work here at Cultural Power, Lindsey sits on the board of Twelve Literary Arts in Cleveland, OH, coaches youth lacrosse at Oakland High, and co-facilitates narrative therapy sessions at San Quentin each week. In her free time, she dedicates her musical pursuits and playing to exploring the cultural erasure of traditional roots music.
